what i saw
After ten years abroad, I came back to France and found capable, committed SMEs with real potential to transform.
However, they often lacked access to operational expertise suited to their size and their critical junctures.
why it matters now
Construction accounts for nearly a third of global CO₂ emissions and consumes a large share of the planet's natural resources.
In France, 80% of the 2050 building stock is already constructed.
Renovation, reuse, and eco-design aren't side options — they're where the market is heading.
The sector needs deep transformation.
Yet these SMEs lack the time and resources to step back and take it on.
An overwhelmed company cannot grow.
That's where PRISME comes in!
My Background
Trained as an architect-engineer (ENSAL and Centrale Lyon), I spent ten years on landmark international projects: client-side project management (owner's representative) for the Philharmonie de Paris, then complex facade projects in the United States, including the MoMA Tower (53W53) in New York.
I've led multidisciplinary R&D teams at the intersection of building engineering, digitalization, and eco-design.
This path gave me a rare vantage point: a simultaneous view of the project and the organization behind it.
In practice — understanding interdependencies, anticipating consequences, and weighing trade-offs at every level, in highly constrained environments.
