Prisme's Foundations

Observation
After ten years abroad, I returned to France and observed competent, committed SMEs with real transformation potential.
However, they often lacked access to operational expertise tailored to their size and critical junctures.
The Urgency of the Context
The construction sector accounts for nearly a third of global CO₂ emissions and consumes a significant portion of the planet's natural resources.
In France, 80% of the 2050 building stock is already constructed.
Renovation, reuse, and eco-design are not options, but the markets of tomorrow.
This sector needs a profound transformation.
SMEs in the construction sector lack the time and resources to step back and undertake this transformation,
An overwhelmed company cannot grow.
That's where PRISME comes in!
My Background
Trained as an architect-engineer (ENSAL and Centrale Lyon), I spent ten years on international-scale projects: the Philharmonie de Paris on the client-side project management (AMO), then managing complex facade projects in the United States, including the MoMA Tower (53W53) in New York.
I have led multidisciplinary R&D teams, at the intersection of building engineering, digitalization, and eco-design.
This journey has given me a rather rare asset: a simultaneous view of the project and the organization responsible for it.
Understanding interdependencies, anticipating consequences, weighing trade-offs at all levels, in highly constrained environments.
PRISME
SMEs go through pivotal moments.
A more ambitious project, a rapidly growing team, a new market, or a circular transition to undertake.
These moments don't require a new hire.
They require the right expertise, deployed at the right time.
This is what PRISME offers: international-level expertise, available on a fractional basis.
